June 16th, 2010 by

God Can Only Save Us

May 16th, 2009 by

Though the Indian constitution, which is also known as the basic law of the land, provides equal rights to all the citizens, there are many reports of inequalities. The constitution says before law all are equal. But practically the gap between the rich and the poor seems to be widening. The most important reason is that the poor people do not have any representation in the legislative bodies. May 16th, 2009 by

In February 2006, British historian David Irvine was brought to trial in Austria for the crime of Holocaust Denial. This high-profile case has sparked widespread debate over the moral validity of such an ‘indiscretion’ being answerable by law, and raises the question: Should denial of the Holocaust be a criminal offense? This article looks at the social and political aspects of this question in the form of a discursive essay.
