Everytime barrack obama speaks, my confidence in America skyrockets. Too bad there are people in power who would rather see him fail then see him succeed.

Our Democratic Party has already lost the equivalent of every member we have acquired over the past seven years or more, and many of them are now supporting the tea party. More importantly, a recent Newsweek cover declared, “We are all socialists now.”

    God bless America.

@ShooterMaGavin His speeches are always great!!!! America is still in love with this great Man!!!! He, and other Democrats are trying to fix things, but the repubs are working against this great Man!! I truely hope that Congress will go ahead and spend the money needed to give everyone healthcare, and create jobs. If the repubs wont go along and help, then Democrats should go it alone!!!! America will love them for it!!!!

lildwayne, I would venture a guess that you might be correct. And even though I don’t give credit towards their dress, because people who attain power seek professionalism, I’d bet any one of us in their position, be it worked for or nepetistically gained, would be in the same position. With our viewpoint forced to the same level as theirs, we can move to progress across the board. At the risk of sounding like Obama, gov has people’s interest in mind, lest they seek to lose power in the long run

I hate to judge people, but this particular group of business men and business women assembled here for this roundtable don’t look as if they have any compassion at all for the middle class or the common man who’s out there struggling to get a job. Judging by the clothes on their backs, the only thing they seem to care about is money.

I think you would be well served by discussing that growing the economy is a major source of future public revenue. sufficient growth can eliminate deficits and eventually debt. From Regan to Clinton this principle turned deficits into surpluses. However this time the Bush tax cuts for the rich did not grow the economy as a whole. It grew private profit and contributed to the recession. Growth in GNP = Reduction of long term debt,\.

I am a reasonable guy, I don’t expect miracles. However I do expect to see improvements in favor of American Public and not Banks to Buy out other Banks! The guy campaigned on Change! Quite frankly I haven’t seen any, PERIOD. The only thing that has changed are his Loyalties. We should all know by now who this Guy is working for the International Banking Clan. Led by The House of “Cowards” oops I meant The House of Rothschilds. The sole owner of Central Banking System.
